This involves coordinating with various teams, analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and ensuring the visual appeal of the jewelry aligns with the brand and target market. Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Selection and Planning**:Developing and implementing merchandising plans for jewelry collections aligned with seasonal strategies and market trends. This includes selecting styles, colors, and materials, as well as determining appropriate price points.
- **Inventory Management**:Managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels for each product, and minimizing excess inventory.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Creating visually appealing displays and presentations of jewelry in retail stores or online platforms. This involves choosing appropriate props, lighting, and display techniques to enhance the perceived value of the jewelry.
- **Sales and Marketing Collaboration**:Working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
- **Trend Analysis and Forecasting**:Monitoring global jewelry trends, analyzing sales data, and forecasting future trends to inform product development and merchandising decisions.
- **Supplier Relations**:Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, maintain quality control, and manage costs.
- **Quality Control**:Conducting quality checks on jewelry pieces to ensure they meet established standards before being displayed or sold.
- **Customer Focus**:Understanding customer preferences and demographics to curate a product mix that caters to diverse tastes and needs.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborating with designers, product developers, and other cross-functional teams to bring new jewelry collections to market.
- **Performance Analysis**:Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize merchandising strategies.

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of the jewelry industry, including trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make informed merchandising decisions.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in relevant software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
