Job Description : Career Counsellor - Edtech ( B2C inside sales )

**Location: Janakpuri West, Delhi**

Shift timing - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Week Off - Sunday (fixed )

Salary - 20,000 - 35,000 + incentives

**About the Company**

EaseToLearn (ETL) is an Indian e-learning platform established in 2020, specializing in preparation resources for various entrance and competitive examinations throughout India.

MY Exam Room: Offers simulated exams that mirror real test conditions, including topic-specific tests and full-length mock exams, helping students build confidence and reduce exam stress.

AI-Powered Learning Assistant (TONY): TONY personalizes study plans based on individual strengths and weaknesses, provides instant explanations for complex concepts, and offers 24/7 support, making learning more efficient and accessible.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential students and parents to communicate about ease of learning’s exam prep course.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including:

- Interest Creation: Generate interest
- Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the benefits and features of easetolearn offerings.
- Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers by closing sales.
- Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers after the sale
- and post-sales processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Work Experience: A minimum of six months of telesales experience is required. Having expertise in EdTech for K-12 education would be an added advantage.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes.
- Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Communication & Influencing Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with strangers, making persuasive arguments for easetolearn offerings.
- Self-motivation & Energy: High levels of self-motivation and energy to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- High Integrity: Demonstrated honesty and strong ethical principles in all dealings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
