Responsibilities:

- Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of AV projects under the guidance of experienced supervisors. Learn project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with AV technicians and other team members to support project objectives and deliverables. Assist in assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as needed.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and communications to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries. Learn to manage client expectations and build positive relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that AV installations meet industry standards and client specifications. Learn to identify and address deficiencies or discrepancies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and change orders. Learn to prepare comprehensive project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Support: Gain hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for AV installations. Learn to collaborate with team members to develop solutions and overcome challenges.
- Continuous Learning: Take advantage of training opportunities and resources to expand your knowledge and skills in AV technology, project management, and related areas. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Engineering
- Strong interest in audiovisual technology and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and practices is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with AV equipment and systems is desirable.
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
