**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Reports to: HOD

Department: Admin

We are looking for a committed, highly skilled and self-motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Institution. In this position, you will play a key role to manage maintenance in our facilities and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations and other tasks related to Admin work, as listed in the Job description.
- Inspect facilities like Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security on regular basis to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians as and when required.
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Graduate in Any Discipline, software knowledge related to inventory management Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.).
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
- An eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Quality maintenance skill.
- Measurement and investigation skill.
- Support the Supplier Managers in the execution of cost reduction programs.
- Productive and positive interaction with the internal state holders.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
