**Site Supervisor Job Description**:

- Managing daily operations: Supervisors monitor and check staff performance levels, ensuring that work is carried out within set deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Working with other divisions: Supervisors collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Project management: Supervisors often plan projects, establish project objectives, and ensure that they are carried out successfully
- Offering assistance and feedback: Supervisors provide team members with feedback on performance
- Reporting to upper management: Supervisors often prepare and present reports to upper management on team performance, progress, and issues
- Communication Skills: The ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively, orally and in writing
- Problem-solving Skills: The ability to recognise issues and find solutions quickly
- Organisational Skill: Ability to properly manage time and resources and set project priorities
- Technical Proficiency: A thorough knowledge of the relevant industry and the technical abilities needed to carry out the task
- Performance Management: Setting performance objectives, assessing performance, and giving team members feedback
- Should be ready to visit field
- Should be ready to check companies’ apartment of sites
- Visiting Government Office
- Should have the knowledge to prepare E Khata.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
