Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to the project manager.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with designers, architects, and clients.
- Solve minor site issues independently and escalate larger concerns when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of site supervision experience, preferably in architectural or interior projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and interior fit-outs.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
