The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of interior design and fit-out projects on-site. This role involves coordinating with various teams, including contractors, designers, and suppliers, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Interior Site Supervisor ensures that all work is carried out according to design specifications and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Experience: 4-8 years

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to interior design and fit-out projects. Ensure that work progresses according to the project schedule and design specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work meets the quality standards and design specifications. Identify and rectify any defects or issues promptly.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinate and manage various on-site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and vendors. Ensure that all team members understand their responsibilities and tasks.
- **Material Management**: Monitor the delivery and usage of materials on-site. Ensure that the correct materials are used as per design specifications and that there are no shortages or delays.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site. Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, whether related to construction, personnel, or materials. Liaise with designers and project managers to find effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with project managers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, delays, or any issues that need attention.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Keep detailed records of all site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, labor attendance, and any incidents. Submit reports to the project manager regularly.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the project budget by monitoring labor, materials, and any additional costs on-site. Report any deviations from the budget to the project manager.
- **Schedule Management**: Ensure that the project stays on schedule by coordinating tasks, managing time effectively, and adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate any delays.
- **Client Interaction**: Interface with clients during site visits, providing them with updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have about the project.
- **Training and Mentorship**: Provide guidance and training to junior staff or new team members on-site, helping them understand the project requirements and safety protocols.
