**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator

**Location**: [Wellington Estate, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore-600008]
**Salary**: ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Models, editors, videographers, and social media team) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM portal.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on client interactions.
- Assist in planning and scheduling shoots, meetings, and client deliverables.
- Support in customer feedback collection and report insights to management.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or 6-1 year of experience in client coordination / CRM / customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English, Tamil)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, team player, and problem-solving mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
