**Description**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Event Manager to join our team in the cosmetics industry. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events to promote our brand and products. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
- Develop innovative event concepts and strategies to generate brand awareness and attract target audiences.
- Research and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to secure the best possible services and prices.
- Manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
- Oversee event set-up, including signage, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and registration processes.
- Manage event registration and attendee tracking, as well as providing on-site support during events.
- Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback from attendees and making recommendations for improvement.
- Getting all the models of photos or videos shoots and monitoring them their makeup, costumes and other.
- Organizing Canopy, Events in different malls and in open Areas in a month.
- Quarterly Fashion Events with Devriz & Kotil Models.
- Collaborating with new models, bloggers, celebrities
- Sponsoring big fashion Events or corporate events and collaboration.
- organizing all office Events.
- planning offline flax banner,pamplets distribution, etc

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in event management software and tools.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
