Position : Event Planner Intern

Location : Nagpur

Roles & Responsibilities:
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post event follow up
- Design PPT’s as per theme based and plan production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits Assisting the Director for client meetings to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research, Market Sourcing Recce’s
- Organize facilities and coordinate all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location,, vendors
- Ensure smooth coordination between all events & vendors. Order supplies needed for events and ensure items arrive in a timely fashion
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Conduct pre
- and post - event & Budget evaluation and report on outcomes. Maintain all expenses etc.
- Ensure timely Execution of Events
- Since we have our own venues and Godowns, ensuring Inventory lists are up to date
- You have the freedom to pitch Different themes to our regular clients and close deals.
- Ensuring smooth take over of our Venue Guest Orders and executions of the same.

**REQUIREMENT & SKILLS**
- Discipline and Punctuality
- Keen interest in Events and to widen experience in the same
- Excellent Communication skills, Polite, Well Mannered
- Skills to maintain business relationships with clients/vendors etc for smooth operations
- Ability to Multi-Task & Self -Motivated
- Use MS Office proficiency
- Willing to submit references from previous clients BS in Event Management or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
