Position: Sales Manager
**Company Overview**:
We are a leading company in the Waste Water Treatment and We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. With a strong presence across all states in India, we offer a wide range of bioculture to our diverse customer base. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving our business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share across all states in India.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, and develop strong relationships to generate sales leads.
Manage the sales team by setting clear sales objectives, providing coaching and training, and evaluating performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and maximize sales potential.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to remain competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
Willingness to travel across all states in India as required.

Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
