Job Description
Position: Regional Sales & Marketing Manager/Executives
Location: In and around **Erode Region**
Company Overview:
We are a leading company in the Biological Waste Water Treatment system and We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team immediately. With a strong presence across all states in India, we offer a wide range of bioculture to our diverse customer base. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
*Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, and develop strong relationships to generate sales leads in all area of the region.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and maximize sales potential.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies.
*Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
*Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:
**Degree with Chemical, Bio Chemistry ,Chemistry and Microbiology will be given extra preference.**
**Familiarity with the Waste Water Treatment Plant Preferred.**
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a similar role.
*Excellent communication (Local language and English) and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
*Track new projects, tenders enquiries and its execution.
and understanding of customer needs and preferences.
*Ensure customer satisfaction; surveying consumer needs and trends.

**Experience**:
3+ years of Channel Sales experience.
Minimum 1 year experience

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
