**Qualification**: Master's Degree (Prefer MBA).
**Experience**: Proven experience in Finance Management
**Salary**: Salary Up to 7.2 LPA

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Management**:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate transaction recording and maintain accounting system integrity.
- Conduct cost control, credit analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports.

**Financial Operations**:

- Manage banking operations, loan proposals, and post-disbursement compliance.
- Handle forex payments, receipts, and documentation submission to banks.

**Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Provide cost analysis and KPI tracking through dashboards.
- Monitor overhead costs and resolve discrepancies.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain corporate documents, including member and director registers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and secretarial requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of finance management, accounting principles, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and accounting software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve issues proactively.
