Production Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Production Planning & Coordination:
Execute daily production schedules in coordination with the planning department.

Monitor production workflows to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Process Management:
Supervise PCB fabrication and soldering processes (wave soldering, reflow soldering, hand soldering, etc.).

Ensure proper handling of materials, components, and equipment.

Quality Control:
Maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.

Coordinate with QA/QC teams to conduct inspections and resolve non-conformities.

**Team Supervision**:
Manage and train shop floor operators and technicians.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Inventory & Material Handling:
Ensure availability of raw materials, soldering consumables, and tools.

Coordinate with the stores and procurement team for inventory management.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily production logs and KPI reports.

Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years in PCB manufacturing or soldering process management.

**Skills**:Knowledge of SMT, THT, soldering standards (IPC-A-610, etc.).

Familiarity with ISO, 5S, Lean Manufacturing principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
