We are seeking a proactive **Client Servicing Executive** to manage communication between clients and our internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, managing client expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication.
- Collect client feedback and share it with relevant internal teams.
- Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain documentation of client approvals, requests, and updates.
- Address client concerns and escalate unresolved issues.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a client-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of project coordination tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Management, or related fields.
- Internship experience in client servicing or account management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
