The position is Looking for a passionate and smart working, focused marketing&sales associate to actively indulge in building our business, bringing new business clients and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth

**Job responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate lead through cold calling, networking, social media platforms.
- Meeting prospects at field level who could be the potential client and pitch the company’s product through appropriate and excellent presentations.
- Execute the complete sales process with diligence.
- Negotiate/ close the deals along with handling the objections.

Set up meetings with potential clients & generate lead and convert it into clients with great sales presentation and negotiation skills.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum educational qualification must be Bachelor’s degree in any stream. (degree in marketing & sales or equivalent/diploma in related field/MBA Marketing will be preferred).
- at least 1-2 yrs. of sales experience.
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Sharp understanding of marketing, Sales and negotiating techniques.
- Passion for sales and adaptive and flexible to work needs.
- Self -motivated and result oriented approach.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹46,374.58 per month

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Experience**:
