Job Title: Field Sales and Marketing Officer (Tiles and Marble Division)

Location: Jamshedpur

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for the Tiles and Marble Division.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product launches to support sales efforts.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company's products and services.
- Provide product training and technical support to clients, contractors, and distributors as needed.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients, and negotiate terms to secure sales agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, pricing, and profitability, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales and marketing, preferably within the construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the tiles and marble market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in selling tiles, marble, or related construction materials.
- Familiarity with architectural and interior design trends and specifications.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially relevant to the local market.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
