**Overview**:
Forwardcode Techstudio is a service-based organization in Jamshedpur,
which is more than 6 years old, focusing on Web and Mobile Development
technologies. We are growing fast and looking for energetic & self-driven
field executives to drive the sales & marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities: flyers, local events,

door-to-door campaigns, standees, kiosk setups.
- Visit shops, markets, and local businesses to liaise and educate about the

company’s services.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with merchants/potential

customers online/offline.
- Collect feedback and report daily updates/results to the

manager/marketing team.
- Maintain the documentation of primary research/work in an Excel, PPT,

and Doc format.
- 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales / BTL Marketing.
- Good knowledge of local areas and markets in Jamshedpur.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Comfortable working on the ground and meeting daily targets.
- Basic smartphone/app usage skills (Google Forms, WhatsApp, GPS).
