**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and convert leads across target segments: retailers, fleet owners, and mechanics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position products effectively.
- Collaborate with the product and service teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and field activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the automotive hydraulic systems industry.
- Prior experience with Hyva, Wipro, Hidromass, or IPH is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic digital tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
