**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and conduct engaging soft skills training programs.
- Facilitate interactive sessions covering topics such as communication, time management, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt training programs to suit the needs of different groups, including entry-level and senior professionals.
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to participants for continuous development.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to refine training content and ensure its effectiveness.
- Ensure training sessions are delivered within the agreed timelines and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in delivering training to both small and large groups.
- Ability to engage audiences through interactive exercises, role-plays, and discussions.
- Expertise in tailoring content for diverse groups, including professionals at various career levels.
- Proficient in digital tools for virtual training (if applicable).
- A passionate and energetic trainer with a genuine interest in helping others grow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of participants.
- Flexible and adaptable in working with different training methods and tools.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to the development of effective learning solutions.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
