About AI-Fly
Billions of dollars are being invested globally in developing AI, but companies are not getting the ROI of these efforts. We want companies to be able to really harness the power of AI to solve important problems in their business and for their customers.

AI-FLY is a stealth mode startup (startup under Change Engine) which is building a SAAS-based offering to address a critical step of AI model building. By providing tools and defining standards for this step, we will help AI models FLY We are backed by a team which built and sold a global AI product company at $100M. We have committed funding for the next two years to build and launch the first version of our product and pilot it in the market.

We have a clear product definition which has been validated through several discussions.
We are looking at building a small focused software and ML engineer team.

**Role: Entrepreneur in Residence**
We are looking at hustlers who can wear different hats and work closely with founders/investors of AI-FLY.

If you have an understanding of building business from scratch or have founded a startup, this role is for you. The person will be working on different projects and eventually pave the way for building scalable products.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you get an opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast
- paced dynamic environment. Also, you get complete freedom to do things to meet the objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on new product from conceptualization to launch with complete ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ideate vision statements, test hypothesis, create a proof of concept, define a go-to market strategy and independently execute on the strategy by collaborating with all business functions and investors
- Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to ensure alignment on roadmap, prioritization, and product delivery
- Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.
- Evaluate market opportunities and utilize research to position/reposition our product to best; and identify new opportunities and refine requirements.
- Build an awesome team around you, grow revenue and customer base

Requirement
- Previous experience leading or working in an early stage or venture-backed startup or equivalent intrapreneurial experience
- Motivated and ready to start a new venture
- Have the ability to think strategically and creatively analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
- Have a self-driven “getting things done” attitude
- Have an experience in tech/AI based set-ups
