The Odin fosters a collaborative environment where creativity and technology align.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Entrepreneur in Residence. The selected candidate will spearhead new business initiatives, develop and drive strategies, and identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, launching pilot projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines. This is a strategic position designed for individuals looking to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment.Qualifications Strategic thinking and leadership skills to identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities. Project management and team collaboration skills for driving cross-functional initiatives. Market research and data analysis skills to inform business strategies. Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in startup environments or business development is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.Benefits working directly with the founder to build a strong company upto 10% equity in the company KPI linked financial incentives A fixed monthly payout of up to INR 50,000
