We are always looking for creative and innovative talent to join our team.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur-In-Residence (Business Unit Head/Startup) at AugRay located in Chennai, India. The Entrepreneur-In-Residence will be responsible for leading and managing a specific business unit or startup within AugRay. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing business strategies, managing resources and budgets, identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth and profitability.Qualifications Experience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a startup with less than five years of experience. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent leadership and management skills Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field Experience in the AI and XR (AR/MR and VR) industry is a plus Experience in Manufacturing a plusWork Location Chennai, IndiaESOPs with attractive compensation.
