
Zendesk Administrator

5-8 years experience in Zendesk Administration and Configuration
- Strong knowledge of Zendesk workflows, automations, and integrations
- Familiarity with Zendesk Analytics and Reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Experience working with international teams
- Fluency in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Manage and maintain our Zendesk platform, including configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement new workflows, automations, and integrations
- Create and manage Zendesk macros, triggers, and automations to improve the efficiency of our customer service operations
- Train and support customer service representatives on Zendesk best practices
- Monitor Zendesk analytics to identify trends, track performance, and improve customer service outcomes
- Help develop and maintain Zendesk documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Stay up-to-date with Zendesk features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements to our platform
- Provide technical guidance to junior members of the team and oversee their work
- Collaborate with other departments to align Zendesk processes with overall business goals
- Additional skills that would be a plus include:
- Experience leveraging APIs
- Zendesk Administrator Certifications
**Salary**: ₹339,554.75 - ₹1,408,347.52 per year
