**Responsibilities**:

- Provides IT support to end-users including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Managing Office 365, AD,DNS, DHCP - Windows Server Admin, server maintenance, patching, etc.
- Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manages IT projects.
- Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Experience in Backup tools
- Experience in handling incidents, resolving them and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or other ticketing tools
- Preferred: MCSA Certification

**Requirements**:
Qualification:
**At least 1 years System administration experience.**

**Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.**

**A+, N+, MCSE, MCSA, MCP, MCITP, CCNA, would be an added advantage**

Must haves:
1. International customer interaction experience

2. Self learning approach

3. Excellent Written and spoken English communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
