Job Title**:Customer Support Executive**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers and resolve any issues or complaints they may have.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of customer support and business objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and assist in implementing solutions to achieve these objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer support policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and systems such as Shopify and Zendesk is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
