**Job Requirements**
- Applicant will be expected to take full ownership of manual testing deliverables, follow all test practice.
- Participate in design discussion for new functionalities & Coordinate with stakeholder as and when needed to understand requirement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and testcases.
- Execute testcases and analyse results.
- Be part of a cross functional team that develops and supports the product. You will be working hand in hand with client and developer.
- Run manual tests and build automation test suits for regression and new features. Testing UI components, checking data in databases.
- Be involved in new features development, provide inputs to POs and Developers on the correct behaviour of the system.
- Supporting customers and the support groups by analysing and solving product issues

**Work Experience**Required Skills -**
- Communication and coordination with customer related to project work.
- Strong problem solving, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques in order to support the overall testing methodology used by the team.
- Have the ability to monitor the effectiveness of the QA function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Experience in Defect Tracking Tool like JIRA,ADO
- Understanding of SQL and able to write database queries.
- In-depth knowledge of Testing concepts and Test Project management.
- Design and develop the test automation framework and code libraries to enable the team to use as well as enhance them across successive projects.

**Nice to have skills -**
- Banking domain experience
- Expert knowledge of Effort Estimation and Scheduling, Scope definition.
- Ability to understand complex data structures.
- Experience in Selenium Web Driver suite of tools with TestNG.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages (Java/Python).
