We're looking for a meticulous Manual QA Engineer with a focus on delivering top-notch quality and exceptional results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment where creativity, growth, and innovation are valued.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans, particularly for Marketing Cloud data. They'll also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans
  • Performing functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications
  • Identifying and reporting defects in the issue tracking system
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution
  • Participating in requirement analysis and design reviews

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
  • English proficiency
