Job Description**:

- ** Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and user stories
- Verify that defects and issues have been resolved by developers
- Document test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies
- ** Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 4 years as a QA Manual Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to create and execute manual test cases and test plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- ** Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with test automation tools and techniques
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing
- ISTQB certification or similar certification in software testing preferred
