
Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with internal teams and liners for document collection and operational processes.
2. Manage Bill of Lading release and coordinate with liners and co-loaders for documentation.
3. Send pre-alert documents and debit notes to overseas offices.
4. Submit Master Bill of Lading (MBL) to co-loaders and liners.
5. Arrange transportation for export container movement.
6. Verify invoice charges against agreed-upon rates.
7. Dispatch documents to shippers and overseas offices.
8. Ensure timely file closure and document dispatch.
9. Assist in ocean export operations.
10. Generate invoices for various shipment types (Ex-Works, FOB, DDU, CIF, DDP).
11. Provide customer support for optimal service.
12. Update pre-alerts to overseas offices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
