**Job Profile: Ecommerce Executive**
**Role Overview**: An Ecommerce Executive is responsible for managing and executing online sales strategies, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience. This role focuses on maintaining product listings, managing online inventory, analyzing sales data, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive traffic and increase sales for the company's online store.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Management**:
- Ensure that all product listings are up-to-date with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts.
- Update product catalogs and categories to ensure consistency across all ecommerce platforms.
- **Sales and Performance Tracking**:
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, average order value, and other performance metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment.
- **Customer Service & Support**:
- Resolve any order-related issues (such as returns, refunds, or exchanges) promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Manage promotions, sales campaigns, and special offers on the ecommerce site.
- Optimize website content and product pages for better search engine visibility (SEO).
- **Website Maintenance**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate with the web development team to implement website updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the site's overall usability.
- Ensure that all features, such as payment gateways, checkout processes, and user accounts, are fully functional.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Regularly analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Prepare and present reports on sales, traffic, and other key metrics to management.
- Use insights from data to suggest improvements to the site, marketing strategies, or product offerings.
- **Order Fulfillment & Logistics**:
- Work closely with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Monitor order dispatch and delivery processes to ensure customers receive their products in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with ecommerce platform policies and procedures for shipping and returns.
- **Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay updated with trends in ecommerce and industry standards.
- Implement best practices based on competitor analysis to improve sales and customer engagement.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
