We cater to **Real Estate Builders, Colonisers, Architects, and Government bodies (City/State/Central)** and hold a **strong market presence in the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) sector**, owing to the uniqueness and efficiency of our solutions.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain **2D drawings**, **3D models**, and **construction documentation** using Revit BIM.
- Prepare **detailed, shop, as-built, and coordination drawings**.
- Ensure all drawings and models meet **project specifications, industry standards, and BIM execution plans**.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to identify and resolve design discrepancies.
- Manage **model revisions, updates, and version control** efficiently.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all project deliverables.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline**.
- **6 months +** of experience in drafting/design using **Revit BIM** (freshers with strong Revit skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in **Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP**.
- Familiarity with **BIM standards and workflows**.
- Working knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **MS Office**.
- Strong ability to **read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings**.
- Excellent **attention to detail**, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good **communication** and **teamwork** abilities.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
