- Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural models using Revit for new and existing building designs.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the design vision is accurately represented in the Revit model.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP) to ensure model coordination and resolve any clashes or issues.
- Produce high-quality documentation and presentations for internal and client-facing use.
- Maintain Revit templates and family libraries, and assist with creating new families as needed.
- Provide ongoing support for model updates and revisions during the project lifecycle.
- Manage and track revisions, ensuring that the model is up-to-date and aligned with project requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience using Revit for architectural design and modeling.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Ability to troubleshoot Revit-related issues and maintain model integrity.
- Knowledge of other design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with rendering and visualization tools such as Enscape or V-Ray.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and specification writing.
- Exposure to project management and project coordination.
- BIM certification or related training is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
