**Role Overview**

We are seeking a BIM Modeler - Revit MEP Specialist to work on US-based projects, collaborating with senior management to deliver high-quality, clash-free construction models.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop 3D BIM Models in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP from construction drawings.
- Create 2D installation drawings, including floor plans, sections, and details.
- Perform clash detection and generate reports using Navisworks.
- Utilize BIM360, Bluebeam, and other coordination tools.
- Ensure QA/QC standards in all BIM deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM/VDC trends and software.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in Revit MEP & BIM Modeling.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Revit MEP & AutoCAD MEP (mandatory).
- Experience with Navisworks, BIM360, and Bluebeam.
- Expertise in clash detection & coordination.
- Strong communication & teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail & high design standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
