**Job Position**:
BIM Modeler Mechanical - 5 Nos.

**Technical skills required**:
1. Strong proficiency in BIM software tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Plant 3D and AutoCAD or other similar software is essential. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction practices related to MEP systems is also important.

3. A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is crucial for a MEP BIM modeler. This includes knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical power distribution, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and other related systems.

4. MEP BIM modelers should be adept at identifying and resolving clashes, conflicts, and other issues that may arise during the coordination process. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to address design conflicts and ensure efficient MEP system integration.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma / BE with minimum 2-8 years of professional experience.

**Salary**: Upto ₹80,000.00 per month. Based on experience
