- Knowledge of data centers, Autodesk Build, and Collaboration Pro
- Experience with BIM collaboration platforms**:BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex**:

- Proficient in developing **LOD 400 and 500 models** for data centers and high-rise buildings
- Hands-on experience with **clash detection and resolution**

**Must-Have Knowledge**:

- Expertise in leveraging BIM technologies to ensure project excellence
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and model coordination
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional BIM teams
- Capable of driving innovative BIM solutions and maintaining quality

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, standards, and protocols
- Manage BIM-related risks, issues, and data workflows
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets
- Ensure quality control for all BIM outputs
- Deliver BIM models and data on time to all stakeholders
- Identify and resolve quality issues and discrepancies
- Implement corrective actions to enhance model accuracy and quality
- Handle client interactions related to BIM implementation
- Review LOD 300/350 models received from clients and develop detailed shop drawings
