**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring motivated **Junior** and **Intermediate BIM Architects** to join our team. If you’re skilled in **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and **Navisworks**, and have experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation, this is your opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding BIM studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate and coordinated **Revit models** for architectural/ Interior projects
- Prepare detailed construction documentation, drawings, and schedules
- Collaborate with in-house design and technical teams for coordination
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across BIM files and documentation
- Export models to Navisworks for review or coordination when needed
- Assist in updating models as per project changes and client feedback

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- Proficiency in **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and **Navisworks**:

- Understanding of architectural and Interior design documentation and construction drawings
- hands-on experience working with BIM models up to **LOD 350**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work full-time from our **Noida office**

**Experience Levels**:

- **Junior BIM Architect** - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- **Intermediate BIM Architect** - 2+ years of relevant experience
