we are looking for site supervisor the tasks and duties of a construction team, typically composed of construction workers and subcontractors by the supervisor or site engineer. he monitor a projects’ progress while ensuring that workers know and follow onsite health and safety regulations. Site Supervisors hold the highest knowledge on a construction site. They have in-depth knowledge of building codes and daily staff management techniques. Usually, they have hands-on experience in construction tools and processes.

**Tasks and duties**
- Spotting and addressing potential safety issues.
- Enforcing safety protocols on site.
- Monitoring worker attendance.
- Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.
- Ensuring the team’s high quality of work.
- Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.
- Meeting with architects and other stakeholders before the project is implemented.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
