**Area of Experience Required**:

- At least 2 -3 years of experience as an Site Coordinator/Site Engineer.
- Product knowledge
- Planning of work & executing in an organized manner
- Strong in communication, presentation skills.
- Highly energetic and a self-starter. Decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking

skills.
- Effective leadership and management.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Site supervision
- Quantity take off for all disciplines i.e., Structural, Architectural, MEP and infrastructural.
- Supervising, Arranging and attending Progress meeting and recording minutes.
- Preparing project assignment, preparing action plan.
- Leading and guiding the towards successful completion of assignment in an agreed schedule.
- Attending Project Assignment Meeting and Inter Coordination Meeting, raising queries/

clarifications whenever required.
- Co-coordinating with Design Team to prepare value. Engineering report/ Analysis.
- Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub
- Consultants to complete the Projects assigned.
- Prepares Project Plan, supervises, manages & monitors work and team members, gives clear

direction to site, members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per

Project Plan.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
