Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory
- Promote and explain insurance products and services
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Keep management updated with daily/weekly reports on field activities
- Stay informed about insurance industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
- Prior experience in the **insurance/financial services industry** is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
