Field Executive (Banking & Cash Operations)

**Department**: Operations / Accounts
**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan
**Reporting To**: Accounts Manager / Admin Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bank-Related Tasks**:

- Visit banks for cash deposits, cheque submissions, NEFT/RTGS tasks, and documentation
- Collect and deliver banking instruments like demand drafts, pay orders, and bank receipts
- Coordinate with banks for account openings, KYC updates, and other service requests
- **Cash Handling**:

- Manage collection and delivery of cash for office or site needs
- Ensure timely deposit of daily collections in designated bank accounts
- Maintain proper records of all cash-related transactions with supporting documents
- **Document Collection & Delivery**:

- Submit and collect documents from clients, vendors, consultants, or government offices
- Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of every delivery/pickup
- **Internal Coordination**:

- Coordinate with accounts and admin teams for approvals and documentation
- Ensure timely submission of expense reports and supporting bills
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Follow company guidelines for cash handling and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and safety during cash and document handling

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field operations or cash handling (banking or finance background preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Familiar with local banking procedures and routes
- Trustworthy and punctual
- Should own a two-wheeler (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
