**About the Team**

The Application Managed Services (AMS) team at FIS provides functional support for our products and our clients' Treasury and Payments business operations.

**What You Will Do**

As an experienced AMS Consultant at FIS, you will provide in-depth product support to our AMS clients. This involves monitoring the payment/statement lifecycle and resolving any issues raised by clients. You will also support FIS solutions, ensuring that our products meet client needs and maintaining their quality and utilization. Additionally, you will document and troubleshoot client issues to improve product quality.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in Client Services in a Treasury/Banking or Financial environment (3-5 years)
- Availability to work in flexible rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA, Core Night)
- Understanding of SWIFT confirmations - MT300, MT5XX
- Understanding of SWIFT Payments MT101, MT202, MT210, and ISO Pain XML messages
- Understanding of SWIFT MT1xx, MT9xx, MT3xx, and ISO XML messages
- Understanding of Bank statements - MT9XX and CAMT53
- Knowledge of treasury operations, Cash Management, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Settlements, and Payments.
- Strong experience in client interaction and customer-facing roles

- Basic understanding of IT tools and servers
- Understanding of database architecture
