Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Trainee based in Pune. The role involves assisting in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver aligned strategies. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients, providing updates, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. The trainee will also support financial processes related to client accounts and contribute to maintaining overall service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to foster effective relationships and address client needs.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of Finance to manage client accounts and assist with financial transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on time management.
  • Proficiency with common office tools, and familiarity with advertising industry processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
