**Position Overview**:
**Job Role**:

- Conduct TNI (Training Needs Identification) to understand student competency gaps, training goal and outcome.
- Analyze student needs and placement trends and Develop training content, digital materials, and assessments that is of learner centric & Industry relevant.
- Deliver sessions on: Soft skills, communication, teamwork, time management, aptitude, reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Interview preparation (HR + Technical), GDs, and public speaking and evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessment scores, and placement outcomes.
- Conduct: Mock interviews, resume-writing workshops, and LinkedIn profile development.
- Collaborate with the placement cell to align training with current industry expectations.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Post Graduate or above
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar post.

Work Location: In person (Bhubaneswar)

Schedule: Day/General Shift

Pay: ₹25,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
