Makeup Trainer

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and inspiring Makeup Trainer to join our team and educate aspiring beauty professionals. As a trainer, you will be responsible for teaching makeup techniques, product knowledge, skin preparation, and the latest trends in the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional makeup training sessions (basic to advanced)
• Teach a wide range of techniques including bridal, editorial, HD, and special effects (optional/specific to your brand)
• Educate students on skin types, skincare basics, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Train on product usage, tools, and industry best practices
• Conduct assessments, give constructive feedback, and track student progress
• Stay updated with beauty trends, new products, and training methodologies
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
• Assist in curriculum development and content creation (if required)
• Represent the brand at workshops, events, or demos (optional)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional makeup artist or trainer (2-3 years+ preferred)
• Certification or diploma in makeup artistry or cosmetology
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others
• Ability to adapt teaching style to different learners
• Familiarity with social media trends and beauty influencers (a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
