**The Procurement Executive is also known as the Sourcing Executive. And develops procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and determining inventory levels of products.Management Of Budgets**

- Determine Quantity And Timing Of Deliveries
- Create Sourcing Reports And Documentation
- Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills The scope of the sourcing executive role varies depending on the size of the organization and the goods it procures. Generally, a sourcing executive oversees the complete sourcing, buying, and contracting process. This includes:

- Researching and evaluating potential vendors

In order to perform these responsibilities, a sourcing executive must possess excellent planning and organizational skills, along with solid negotiation, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Cost Reduction**:Through competitive vendor selection, negotiation of terms, and volume quantity discounts, a sourcing executive can help reduce the cost of goods and services.
