Leading retail showroom looking for a **Purchase Cum Dispatch Executive** in **Hosur** location

**Industry**:Home Decors & Furnishings/Ceramics & Sanitaryware

**Qualification**:Any relevant degree

**Experience**:2+ years of **Purchase, Supply Chain, Inwarding, Outwarding & Warehouse**exp in retail showroom (Preferably from the construction industry).

**Salary**: Up to INR 25,000/Month + Health Insurance benefits.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other tax laws.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., **Zoho**, SAP, Oracle)
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Source and procure materials goods, and services from suppliers.

2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

3. Maintain purchase records (invoices, receipts, delivery notes), monitor inventory records (update stock and levels after purchase) and track shipments.

4. Manage inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery.

5. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouses.

6. Supervise warehouse staff, training on best practices.

7. Analyze demand/supply trends, adjusting logistics strategies.

8. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on the above activities.

**Only immediate joiners are required.**

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
