To receive Guests calls in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times - Ensure all Guest and vehicle details are updated on the DMS - Ensure that there is sufficient work loaded each day, by booking appointments to fill up the available hours, using the scheduling system - Provide clear detail of the upcoming appointment - Provide a clear explanation of the Guest concerns - Document and follow up on any issues - Ability to manage Guest expectations - Advise Guests of the arrival time for their booking - Proactive when dealing with Guests and staff

**Skills Required**:

- Enjoy working in a team and dealing with people - Ability to show genuine care and empathy - Positive and friendly attitude - Well organised - Outstanding ability to follow up on issues in a timely manner - High attention to detail - Problem solver - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Brand ambassador - Computer literacy - Good listener

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
