**Executive Accounts (Credit Control Department)**
- Posting of A/R payments and advance deposits
- Collecting the Cash receipts, Payments from the customer.
- Cheque and Customer details verification.
- Feeding the bank receipt, Cheque and cash.
- Company Auditing.
- Controlling sales ledgers to maintain aged debt.
- Preparing Credit notes and invoice query solve for customers.
- Posting prior notification letters to customers of accounts becoming due.
- Ensuring all client information and documents are kept secure and confidential at all times
- Verification with Ledger & Customer Accounts.
- Prepare the cut payment report and Clear Unadjusted.
- Bad debts and marking dispute report.
- Bank reconciliation
**BR Accounts Receivable Coordinator**
- Prepare the monthly sales and collection report.
- Prepare the sales and collection report % wise.
- Clear the outstanding payments.
- Follow the customer payments.
- Audit Cheque Collection Details.
- Conducted Branch meeting
- Solving the Branch Problems
- Establishing and maintaining good client relationships.
- Internal Audit
- Book keeping
- Responsible for Customer and solving the problems.
- Monthly Sales data base maintaining.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
