**Job Description: Customer Success Associate (International Voice Process)**

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Compensation**: Up to ₹3.6 LPA (CTC)

**Shifts**: Rotational

**Working Days**: 5.5 days/week

**Offs**: Rotational

**Cab Facility**: Available during night shifts only

**About the Role**:We are looking for passionate and skilled **Customer Success Associates** to join our dynamic international voice process team. **Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Any graduate from a recognized university.
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months of experience** in an international voice process is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Outstanding communication skills with a neutral or near-neutral accent.
- Ability to empathize, listen actively, and resolve queries effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and resolve customer queries through phone support while maintaining professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build a positive relationship with clients by addressing their needs effectively.
- Follow up on customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Adhere to company policies and meet performance metrics consistently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
